📋 Description
• Provide clinical and scientific information about Iovance Biotherapeutics products to healthcare providers • Identify and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and support clinical trials • Collaborate with field-based personnel to enhance Iovance's clinical presence • Deliver effective scientific and clinical presentations • Map and profile key opinion leaders to gain medical insights • Collect and report field medical insights using appropriate methods • Support Medical Affairs activities at key scientific congresses • Build partnerships across the organization • Demonstrate positive attitude and ownership of business
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience or license (RN, NP, CNP, PA or equivalent) with a minimum of a Masters’ degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an MSL or comparable industry or clinical role required • Competence in the following areas: Needs Assessment, Facilitation, Prioritization, Decision Making, Collaboration, Planning & Organizing, Implementation/Follow-up, Written and Verbal Communication • Meeting management skills and operational capabilities • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization to achieve desired outcomes • Experience within oncology/hematology/immuno-oncology/cell therapy and solid tumor therapeutic areas preferred • Knowledge of geography and key opinion leaders preferred • Understanding of regulatory requirements for field-based personnel • Demonstrated ability to present effective and influential oral presentations • Proven ability to coordinate across diverse functions, ensuring comprehensive and consistent planning • Experience managing project budgets and aligning with department strategic direction
