• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience • Experience working with retail or e-commerce clients • 5-10 years of experience in audience development, data driven marketing and/or digital marketing • Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including DSP, DMP, CDP, Ad Server, Ad Verification and Site Analytics • Understanding of data landscape and utilization (1st party, 2nd/3rd party) • Understanding of media consolidation tools, inclusive of their buildout/rollout • 3-5 years of experience in managing clients and teams • Ability to delegate and oversee direct reports • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Required proficiency in Microsoft Office and Keynote; proficiency in Airtable is a plus • Proven problem-solving ability • Ability to work successfully on a Global team • Ideal candidate will be Portland-based
