• The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for client management • Manage affiliate/partnership programs for Fortune 100 companies • Drive affiliate partnerships and generate revenue through effective affiliate marketing strategies • Deliver results for clients by proposing fresh out-of-the-box ideas

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience working directly for Brand or within an Affiliate technology or agency environment • Experience working with top-tier brands across multiple markets • Strong verbal, written, analytical and comprehension skills • Ability to work independently while effectively communicating and delegating to teammates in multiple locales • Proficient in managing multiple projects – ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and structure workload • Passion and strong proficiency for emerging media, digital trends, the digital marketplace in general and best practices • Experience with leading affiliate platforms including Impact, CJ, Partnerize, and Awin; certifications are a plus • Adept at leveraging these platforms to drive performance and achieve client goals • Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, including publisher relationships, campaign analytics, and performance optimization • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within an agency setting, delivering results for diverse clients through strategic planning and execution • Ability to collaborate and work within a fast-paced environment • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
