📋 Description
• Provide escalated support for servicing, maintenance, repair, adjusting, testing and installation of IPS Group Inc. equipment • Travel may be required and may consist of up to 25 percent travel based on the workload • Requires strong communication and presentation skills along with a commitment to service excellence • Develop technical product support policies and procedures • Assist in managing software/firmware releases deployed in the field • Act as liaison between engineering and customer service • Manage service ticketing system • Ensure that all service issues are documented in the ticketing system • Repair, adjust or replace electrical mechanism, components, or parts
