Description

• The IQGeo Enterprise Sales team is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer. • Support sales activity by providing technical expertise of software products. • Key in formulating customer requirements and proposed solutions. • Responsible for the preparation of product demonstrations to customers. • Potential to travel occasionally.

Requirements

• Ability to build demonstrations to present to the customer (end users, technical experts, IT experts, senior management) and internal Sales Directors. • Extensive experience of JavaScript and Python. • Experience with SQL and RDBMS technology (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite). • Experience with or understanding of containers or images with Docker. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously. • Desirable Experience with Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) or web mapping (ESRI, QGIS). • Experience with ETL tools such Safe Software’s FME or GeoKettle. • Experience using Git or other distributed version control systems.
