🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree – Business / Technical preferred • 3-5 years of Technical and Pre-Sales experience • Travel at least 25% per month, with fluctuations as high as 50% in a month a few times per year • Knowledge of IT Asset Management solutions (preferably both in corporate end user and in data center environments) • Preferred: Pre-sales experience in service or outsourcing industry • Preferred: Strong knowledge of the IT Hardware market sector • Technical Expertise: A strong background in designing and implementing complex B2B solutions, including hardware and software asset management with system integration. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B services, IT service management, help desk, Service Now, and relevant enterprise systems and solutions. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements to design innovative and efficient solutions. • Collaboration: Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, engineering, and external partners, to deliver customer-centric solutions. • Project Management: Experience in project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering solutions that exceed client expectations. • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing technologies, business needs, and market trends. • Competencies: Business Acumen: Ability to understand clients' business objectives and align technical solutions accordingly. • Innovation: Constantly seeking new ideas and approaches to improve and enhance solutions and processes. • Integrity: Upholding high ethical standards and maintaining client trust and confidentiality. • Team Player: Collaborating effectively within the organization to achieve common goals. • Experience in detailed discovery and business process analysis • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to clearly express a business solution • Strong problem solving abilities with the ability to clearly understand a client’s business problems and then demonstrate solutions to those problems. • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities • Strong impact and Influence skills • Analytical and financial fluency • Presentations and verbal communications to diverse groups • Word, Power Point, Excel & Outlook proficiency
