β’ Support talent acquisition efforts for Iron Mountain and Clutter. β’ Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. β’ Deliver best-in-class candidate experience and ensure efficient execution of hiring activities. β’ Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams. β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. β’ Post job openings on various job boards and manage applicant flow through ATS. β’ Assist with pre-employment activities, including background checks and onboarding documentation. β’ Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs. β’ Assist in organizing and executing recruitment events like job fairs and open houses. β’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS. β’ Track key recruiting metrics and assist with reporting on recruitment activities. β’ Identify opportunities to improve the recruiting process and enhance efficiency. β’ Collaborate with recruiters, HR business partners, and other team members.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, HR, or administrative role. β’ Experience in high-volume recruiting environments is a plus. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar). β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels. β’ Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. β’ A candidate-first mentality with a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience. β’ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β’ Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. β’ Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate different time zones and scheduling requirements.
