β€’ Support talent acquisition efforts for Iron Mountain and Clutter. β€’ Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. β€’ Deliver best-in-class candidate experience and ensure efficient execution of hiring activities. β€’ Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams. β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. β€’ Post job openings on various job boards and manage applicant flow through ATS. β€’ Assist with pre-employment activities, including background checks and onboarding documentation. β€’ Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs. β€’ Assist in organizing and executing recruitment events like job fairs and open houses. β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS. β€’ Track key recruiting metrics and assist with reporting on recruitment activities. β€’ Identify opportunities to improve the recruiting process and enhance efficiency. β€’ Collaborate with recruiters, HR business partners, and other team members.

Requirements

β€’ 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, HR, or administrative role. β€’ Experience in high-volume recruiting environments is a plus. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar). β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels. β€’ Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. β€’ A candidate-first mentality with a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience. β€’ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. β€’ Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate different time zones and scheduling requirements.
