• Support talent acquisition efforts for Iron Mountain and Clutter. • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. • Deliver best-in-class candidate experience and ensure efficient execution of hiring activities. • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams. • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Post job openings on various job boards and manage applicant flow through ATS. • Assist with pre-employment activities, including background checks and onboarding documentation. • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs. • Assist in organizing and executing recruitment events like job fairs and open houses. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS. • Track key recruiting metrics and assist with reporting on recruitment activities. • Identify opportunities to improve the recruiting process and enhance efficiency. • Collaborate with recruiters, HR business partners, and other team members.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, HR, or administrative role. • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels. • Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. • A candidate-first mentality with a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate different time zones and scheduling requirements.
