• Senior Director-level position reporting to the Vice President of Global Safety, Risk & Security (GSRS). • Responsible for identifying and mitigating risks for the organization. • Directing the purchase/renewal of insurance policies, claims management, and management of third-party service providers. • Preparing loss analyses and budgets, identifying exposures, recommending solutions. • Promoting loss prevention, updating and monitoring compliance with insurance procedures. • Managing risk management manuals and processes. • Achieving strategic objectives for effective insurance risk management. • Owns the process of identifying, measuring, and managing insurable risks. • Developing reports and plans, analyzing risk/insurance problems, overseeing implementation of risk solutions. • Plays a critical role during crisis events, leveraging insurance portfolio for financial impact mitigation.
