📋 Description

•As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the growth of our company. •You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and meet revenue targets. •The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •Identify and qualify potential new customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. •Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services. •Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue. •Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends. •Work closely with the Growth and Expansion team to develop and implement lead generation campaigns. •Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system. •Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events in the Tampa Area, to promote our products and services.

🎯 Requirements

•6+ months of experience in sales, marketing, or similar role. •Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. •Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets. •Experience with CRM systems and sales tools •Excellent communication and presentation skills. •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Be experienced in B2B, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market with a proven track record. •Have entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and autonomy.
