• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, BCA, or related field). • 5+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing account management. • Strong network with MSPs, VMS clients, or implementation partners. • Expertise in recruitment processes and proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., Ceipal, JobDiva). • Excellent communication, multitasking skills, and results-driven mindset.
• Pay: ₹6,00,000.00 – ₹10,00,000.00 per year. • Benefits: Performance Bonuses.
