Requirements

• 4-7 years of proven recruitment experience in the IT staffing industry. • Strong track record of acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with Implementation Partners and Direct Clients. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about recruitment. • Self-driven, motivated, and professional with a positive attitude. • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen. • Bachelor's or equivalent degree; a Master’s in Business is preferred.
