Description

• Serve as the primary client-facing contact for Atlassian services engagements • Administer Atlassian products and assist clients with implementation • Analyze Fed/IC/DoD business requirements and provide recommendations • Ensure proper handling and protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) • Oversee engagement scope within budget and resource constraints • Apply best practices to Atlassian product migrations and implementations • Manage daily support requests and incident response for clients • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously

Requirements

• Minimum of Active Secret Clearance • 3+ years experience with Atlassian Jira Software and Confluence • 3+ years experience managing software tool implementations • 2+ years experience in a consulting or customer service role • 1+ years experience as a Jira administrator • Communicate effectively for technical and business operations audiences • Analyze and interpret complex problems to deliver complete solutions • Demonstrate ability to administer Atlassian products
