• Isos Technology is looking for an energetic, personable and results driven agent of change to fill our Contract Enterprise Consultant role and join our team. • The right candidate will be an experienced consultant who can quickly gain trust and build rapport with executive leaders. • This is a contract position that allows primarily work from home with travel requirements for on-site client visits.

Requirements

• You are a lean-agile leader, and expert on all tooling, training, organizational change management and role-based coaching, including product management and architecture. • Proven experience as an agent of change within large enterprises. • Strong ability to build trust and confidence with executives and stakeholders. • Hands-on experience in driving transformational change. • Deep expertise in Atlassian solutions such as Jira Align, Advanced Roadmaps, Big Picture, Tempo, and Structure, or a strong, unwavering commitment to mastering these tools and integrating them into your daily workflow. • High level of business acumen and ability to simplify complex concepts. • Demonstrated success as a lean-agile leader with enterprise transformation projects. • Ability to stay focused on impactful problem-solving that drives business results. • Experience in guiding and executing activities in a lean-agile center of excellence with accountability to data-driven results.
