• Proven experience as an agent of change within large enterprises. • Strong ability to build trust and confidence with executives and stakeholders. • Hands-on experience in driving transformational change. • Deep expertise in Atlassian solutions such as Jira Align, Advanced Roadmaps, Big Picture, Tempo, and Structure, or a strong, unwavering commitment to mastering these tools and integrating them into daily workflow. • High level of business acumen and ability to simplify complex concepts. • Demonstrated success as a lean-agile leader with enterprise transformation projects. • Experience in guiding and executing activities in a lean-agile center of excellence with accountability to data-driven results.
