📋 Description

• Isos Technology looking for a strategic, data-driven and personable professional to join as Solution Engineer • Role involves attending pre-sales technical calls, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored product demos • Identify and present additional products or solutions for clients based on their requirements • Continually improve knowledge of Isos Technology's services and related technologies to assure a well-rounded understanding of all operational areas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience • 3+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Management with an emphasis on technical support and professional services solutions • Demonstrated ability to influence at least $7 million dollars in revenue • Atlassian product knowledge: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Opsgenie, etc. • Professional Consulting Services and Technology Industry experience • Competency in both high-functioning ESM / ITIL and Agile • Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
