📋 Description
• The People Operations Manager at Bayesian Health will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, enforcing company policies and practices and assisting with business operations as needed. • You thrive in early-stage startups and welcome uncertainty and opportunity. • You are self-motivated, creative and eager to get work done. • You’re both a high-level thinker and on-the-ground problem solver. • You enjoy small teams and want to grow your career with the company. • This role is critical to our ability to accelerate and scale our clinical AI product deployment as we expand our client base.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. This role will involve minimal oversight or internal mentorship. • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. • Proficient with Google Suite, Gusto HRIS (or ability to learn and utilize), Carta and a variety of other software. Being able and excited to learn how to best use software is preferred.
