📋 Description
• We’re an early-stage startup that’s building a health AI platform to help clinicians make better use of real-time data to reduce preventable complications and save patient lives. • We are seeking a Lead Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clinical AI/ML products. This individual will work at the intersection of healthcare, artificial intelligence, and product management to bring innovative, life-saving products to market. • We’re using state-of-the-art tech to build AI co-pilots for doctors and nurses to literally help them save lives! • We’re a diverse and experienced team of AI/ML experts, software engineers, product designers, behavior change specialists, and clinicians.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of strong product management experience, with some experience focused on healthcare technology, clinical AI/ML, or related fields. This includes proven experience being the lead and owner of shipping successful digital products. • Ability to interpret clinical research and apply findings to product strategy. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, EHR systems, and clinical workflows. • Experience identifying and tracking key product metrics, interpreting data, and using insights to inform product decisions. • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence diverse teams, drive decisions, and work through ambiguity. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • You are passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and motivated by working on tough, mission-critical problems.
