📋 Description
• Timely is your home for secondary scheduling featuring AI optimization and support from a team of former educators. • As one of Timely’s first Product Managers, you’ll play a key role in shaping our web application for school schedulers and leaders. • You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Success teams to uncover customer challenges, develop and test solutions, and drive impactful product decisions. • This role is about balancing customer needs with business strategy, ensuring product decisions are clear and priorities well-communicated.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 4+ years in a B2B SaaS product organization, with at least 2 years as a Product Manager. • Skills: Strong in customer discovery, data analysis, and user-centric story writing. • Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Miro, InVision, etc.). • Strengths: Collaborative by default, detail-oriented problem solver, and a visual communicator (e.g., mockups, sketches, diagrams, journey maps, etc). • Nice-to-Have: Background in EdTech; additional experience in product development is a plus (e.g., front-end development, UX design). • Mindset: You thrive on solving complex puzzles, weighing trade-offs, and bringing diverse perspectives into decision-making.
