📋 Description
• Seeking a Data Analyst for the Client Data Science team. • Design and develop custom reports for iSpot clients. • Focus on data accuracy and learning in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborate on problems, optimizing R, Python, or SQL scripts. • Adapt tools to meet needs and leverage machine learning for decisions. • Collect and manipulate data for insights and create visualizations or reports. • Engage with teams to clarify requirements and provide solutions. • Communicate complex findings effectively to diverse audiences.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or comparable field (includes internships and school programs). • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or social science field. • 1+ years coding experience in R, Python, or SQL. • Basic coding skill in R, Python, or SQL. • Introductory knowledge of Analytics, Statistics, and a BI software. • Exceptional written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

• Cash compensation includes base salary, variable commission, and annual bonus targets. • Full-time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan for stock options. • Non-exempt roles are eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. • Individual compensation packages are influenced by various factors.
