• Hands-on leader and strategic thinker in technical direction. • Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and leadership teams. • Drive architecture and design of large-scale data processing and analytics solutions. • Inspire and guide engineers, fostering innovation and technical rigor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering focusing on cloud infrastructure and data architecture. • Proven experience designing complex data-driven systems in ad tech or high-volume data environments. • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala, understanding of distributed computing frameworks. • Experience with modern data storage solutions and building real-time analytics pipelines. • Track record of mentorship and strong interpersonal skills, familiarity with ad tech ecosystems.
