📋 Description
• ISTA Solutions is searching for experienced PHRN or RN Clinical Auditors. • The PHRN Clinical Auditor conducts reviews of patient care documentation according to standards and regulations. • Collaborates with clinical staff to enhance quality and accuracy in prehospital records. • Identifies discrepancies and provides feedback to the clinical staff. • Generates reports on audit findings and trends for stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Current and valid PHRN license • Strong knowledge of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. • Willing to work on shifting schedule.
