Description

• Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business leads and expand the client portfolio within the IT outsourcing sector. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our services to meet their requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions that address client challenges and objectives. • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth. • Act as a brand ambassador, representing IT Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote our services and capabilities. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Proven track record in sales/business development within the IT outsourcing industry or tech staffing industry. • Strong network and relationships within the IT outsourcing sector. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • A dynamic professional with a minimum of 3 of relevant experience in business development or sales. • Familiarity with IT outsourcing methodologies, processes, and technologies.
