โ€ข Our client, a rapidly growing startup iGaming operator, is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead and execute brand strategy across multiple markets. โ€ข This is a fully remote role for a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of brand positioning, marketing strategy, and audience engagement within the iGaming industry. โ€ข Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance visibility and market presence. โ€ข Define and maintain brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels. โ€ข Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, promotional content, and advertising materials to ensure alignment with brand objectives. โ€ข Work closely with content, design, and product teams to maintain a consistent and engaging brand experience. โ€ข Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and new opportunities. โ€ข Collaborate with SEO, affiliate, and social media teams to optimize brand positioning and drive engagement. โ€ข Ensure all branding efforts comply with iGaming regulations and responsible gaming guidelines. โ€ข Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand awareness. โ€ข Monitor brand performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to improve reach and conversion rates. โ€ข Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข Experience with CIS iGaming markets is a must. โ€ข Previous experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory. โ€ข 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role. โ€ข Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement. โ€ข Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including social media, SEO, and paid media. โ€ข Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, social media insights, and brand performance tools. โ€ข Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling brand narratives. โ€ข Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. โ€ข Knowledge of affiliate marketing and user acquisition strategies is a plus.
