• Join a technology-forward consulting firm and support financial reporting and compliance. • Responsible for preparing financial reports and ensuring accuracy in compliance management. • Manage accounts reconciliation, tax compliance, and payroll processing. • Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and customer billing support. • Handle debt collection professionally while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • At least 2–3 years of experience in financial reporting, compliance, or bookkeeping. • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets) and familiarity with advanced formulas and functions. • Strong knowledge of Xero or similar accounting platforms. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience with Australian taxation or other countries’ tax systems is highly advantageous. • Knowledge of how cloud-based tools (e.g., browser-based applications) are transforming businesses is a plus. • Familiarity with Google Workspace Technology and its integrations is preferred.
