β’ The Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our telco division, 101VOICE, is responsible for: β’ Prospecting and identifying potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms. β’ Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings between prospects and Account Executives. β’ Conducting thorough research on target companies and decision-makers to personalize outreach efforts. β’ Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads to support the sales team's revenue goals. β’ Collaborating with marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns. β’ Utilizing CRM systems to accurately track all prospecting activities and maintain up-to-date records. β’ Achieving and exceeding monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings. β’ Participating in regular team meetings to share best practices, discuss challenges, and contribute to the improvement of sales processes. β’ Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and the company's products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects. β’ Handling objections professionally and finding creative ways to engage potential customers. β’ Providing feedback to the sales and product teams based on prospect interactions to improve offerings and sales strategies. β’ Continuously refining outreach techniques and messaging to optimize response rates and engagement. β’ The successful candidate possesses the talent and skill to persuade prospects to meet.
