β’ As the Director of Project Management, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of projects across our organization. β’ You will lead a team of project managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. β’ Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful project execution. β’ Develop and implement project management processes, tools, and best practices to streamline project delivery and improve efficiency. β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals. β’ Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize project timelines and deliverables. β’ Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address challenges. β’ Communicate project status, updates, and critical milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. β’ Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team, encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving. β’ Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on project portfolio management and resource allocation.
β’ A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, PMP certification is preferred. β’ Proven experience of 15+ years in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Experience in ROR projects would be an added advantage. β’ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. β’ Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and familiarity with agile methodologies. β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. β’ Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions to drive business success. β’ Flexibility to work during US shift hours (ET time zone) is essential for this role. β’ The candidates must have their own system/work setup for remote work.
