Description

β€’ As the Director of Project Management, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of projects across our organization. β€’ You will lead a team of project managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. β€’ Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful project execution. β€’ Develop and implement project management processes, tools, and best practices to streamline project delivery and improve efficiency. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals. β€’ Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize project timelines and deliverables. β€’ Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address challenges. β€’ Communicate project status, updates, and critical milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. β€’ Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team, encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving. β€’ Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on project portfolio management and resource allocation.

Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, PMP certification is preferred. β€’ Proven experience of 15+ years in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Experience in ROR projects would be an added advantage. β€’ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. β€’ Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and familiarity with agile methodologies. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. β€’ Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions to drive business success. β€’ Flexibility to work during US shift hours (ET time zone) is essential for this role. β€’ The candidates must have their own system/work setup for remote work.
