📋 Description

IV.AI is looking for a Technical Lead for its Commercial team to help support their growing list of enterprise clients with their on-going technical and data science needs. • The role will be reporting directly to the CTO and will collaborate closely with the Commercial Operations team to help clients achieve their technical and data science goals. • The role is a mix of Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning and client management. • We're a distributed team that works collaboratively across the globe. • Timezone: PST

🎯 Requirements

Great engineers come from different backgrounds: some are educated and some are self-taught. • We’re a team of engineers that embodies this: so we’re not necessarily looking for a CS Masters or a Ph.D.… what we are looking for is someone who cares about shipping to clients, is creative in their outlook to solving problems, and also considers the details. • 5+ years experience in Software Engineering/Data Science/Machine Learning • A proven track record of writing software in Python • Some experience with scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Pytorch, etc • Some experience with Typescript and a reasonable understanding web applications • Some experience with data integration, pipeline auditing, and recommendation engines • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and context switching to different partner requirements • A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills and a team player • Good time-management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills
