Description

• Join our team as our Manager of Affiliate Marketing and lead the development and execution of our affiliate marketing strategy. • Your expertise in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and data analysis will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will own overall responsibility for our affiliate program, including day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns. • Identifying and recruiting new affiliates, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve our program.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years working with full-time responsibility for affiliate marketing in a conversion-oriented environment, such as e-commerce, lead generation or similar. • Demonstrated experience driving improvements in affiliate program design or recruitment campaigns, which resulted in increased revenue or profitability. • Good working understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, including tracking and attribution systems, commission structures, and recruitment and onboarding. • Experience working with at least one major affiliate network, such as AWIN / Shareasale, CJ, Partnerize, etc. • Strong affinity for data and analytics, with the ability to decompose complex data sets into understandable levers to improve business performance. • Ability to work independently, and in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones. • A passion for travel and global cultures.
