Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and drive project progress; • Develop and execute plans to meet project objectives on time; • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in high-pressure conditions; • Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining an organized approach; • Lead initiatives in project management infrastructure, software development, and operational improvements; • Build relationships across all organizational levels, from engineers to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of project management, with a strong track record of success in complex projects; • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Rundeck, Python, Isilon, AWS FSx, SendGrid, and Disaster Recovery is a plus; • Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management practices; • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire teams and drive alignment toward goals; • Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities; • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences; • Willingness to work US hours (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM CET).
