📋 Description
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of software solutions related to client implementations, features and integrations. • Partner with VP, Client Optimization for Solution Design sessions & pain point documentation. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements. • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding implementations, product features, integrations, and APIs. • Support the product roadmap and product ownership of large-scale custom customer integrations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree related to Business, Computer Science, or MIS college or university degree is required. • 5+ years product or implementations/ project management experience with B2B software products, ideally related to healthcare or workforce management. • Experience working with clients in designing and executing on integrations and APIs (like Workday, Bullhorn, Salesforce). • Agile, Scrum, and/or PMP certification preferred.
