Description

• Jama Software is focused on maximizing innovation success in multidisciplinary engineering organizations. • Proactively consulting, mentoring, and encouraging adoption of our products and services to a portfolio of automotive customers. • Conduct comprehensive training sessions, both onsite and remotely, for the effective use of Jama Connect. • Develop and disseminate standard process documentation and enablement resources to improve our delivery capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in requirements analysis, test management, and digital engineering methodologies within the Automotive industry. • Proven track record in leadership roles such as Consulting Manager, Process Consultant, Systems Engineer, Requirements Manager, or Product Manager. • Extensive experience overseeing the implementation of SaaS software solutions, with a focus on driving user adoption and identifying expansion opportunities. • Highly driven and self-motivated, capable of effectively running a diverse portfolio of customer engagements. • In-depth knowledge of system engineering, requirements management, test management, and functional safety practices within the Automotive domain. • Exceptional presentation, meeting facilitation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
