Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in law firm or in-house legal department • JD from accredited law school and active license to practice law • Ability to provide practical and commercially reasonable legal advice • Strong understanding of open source licensing models and privacy laws • Excellent time management and multitasking skills • Outstanding written and oral communication skills • Self-driven and able to handle diverse legal requests and issues • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
