โ€ข We are looking for an outstanding Customer Success Manager to join our growing global team! โ€ข The Customer Success team is responsible for working directly with our global customer-base, operating the business and providing a top-level service to scale every programmatic campaign as we leverage our technology in the best possible way. โ€ข Jampp is looking for a Customer Success Manager to balance long-term relationships with the day-to-day tactical management of our customer's mobile marketing campaigns, understanding the performance and consistently spotting new growth opportunities. โ€ข You will need to bring a commercial and strategic acumen analytical mindset together with a detail-oriented and data-driven focus in order to build and grow long-term business partnerships with our customers. โ€ข This isnโ€™t an exhaustive list. At Jampp we firmly believe in autonomy, so we look for smart people who see the opportunity for improvement, and are proactive enough to make it happen.

โ€ข Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing or have a comparable proven academic record. โ€ข Commercial Drive & customer focused profile. โ€ข +3 years experience in sales and/or digital marketing. โ€ข Proficient at data handling, analysis and report building โ€ข Superior attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks. โ€ข Fluency in english is a must (both written and speaking). Portuguese is a plus! โ€ข Ambitious self-starter who enjoys a good challenge and continuous learning. โ€ข You are someone that others enjoy working with due to your competence and positive attitude.
