• Conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients' needs and assess their fit • Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers and evaluating their level of interest • Engage in lead generation activities • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective follow-ups • Manage the inside sales process, from initial outreach to scheduling sales meetings • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to conduct engaging discovery calls and qualify leads effectively • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently • Strong organizational and time-management skills
