Description

• Customer claim contact person and first onsite technical failure analysis. • Coordinating internal customer complaints root cause research and preventive action implementation. • Responsible for local pre-sales technology supporting, technical contact person for customer requests confirmation. • Support sales and marketing with technical input. • Reporting weekly activities and customer requests to senior. • Prepare technical product documentation and presentations (do technical translations as required). • Attend shows and conferences to feedback market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Physics. • 3+ years of work experience in the PV industry (Solar cell, module or system area). • Good MS office skills. • Fluent English language skills and at least a second European language (spoken and written). • Willingness to travel.
