• Manage and optimize the enterprise productivity platform and adjacent technologies • Collaborate with technology vendors, product managers, information security, legal and compliance specialists • Engage with cross-functional teams and drive technical excellence • Recommend, implement and maintain platform configurations for Microsoft 365 • Provide support for the productivity platform • Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and provisioning/deprovisioning (SCIM) • Set up and manage monitoring and alerting systems for all enterprise productivity services • Automate routine tasks to improve user experience • Orchestrate content migrations between different productivity services • Document non-standard technical procedures and represent documented changes for change advisory board

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role • Ability to lead large projects and operate with minimal oversight • In-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint and Teams, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory or Entra ID, MS Graph, and their interdependencies with other services • Technical knowledge in wide range of adjacent technology areas including identity and access management, PowerShell scripting and automation, and security and compliance • Experience managing productivity solutions such as Box, Dropbox, and Slack is a plus • Knowledge of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) methods and practices one would normally acquire through five (5) years of successful experience working in an Information Technology department • Ability to independently triage and troubleshoot technical incidents • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with people representing a wide diversity of disciplines and levels of sophistication • Proven experience in managing vendor support requests and escalations • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
