Description

• Work as part of a team managing leave programs for North American business units ensuring compliance • Manage short-term Disability (STD) & FMLA programs and coordinate state leaves • Counsel employees on leave applications and ensure timely adjudication of claims by TPA • Enter leave data into HRIS system and verify accurate time reporting • Coordinate with Payroll for pay adjustments and assist with Return to Work (RTW) plans • Partner with HR, employees, and TPA to facilitate Long-term Disability (LTD) applications • Administer military leave policies and manage pay adjustments as needed • Manage Workers Compensation claims and ensure timely submission of First Reports of Injury

Requirements

• Proven experience in leave administration • Exceptional attention to detail • Capable of effectively interacting with employees, managers, HR partners, and Payroll • Outstanding customer service skills • Able to work well under pressure and in high-stress situations • Experience with Workday and/or AbsenceOne (Sedgwick)
