• Provides administrative and project support to the People/HR & Equity Team • Fields/triages phone calls/messages for the People & Equity Team, providing guidance on personnel policy and procedures • Manages scheduling and expenses for the Chief of People & Equity and the team • Coordinates offboarding, sending out departure notifications, resignation notifications, and coordinating equipment return • Administers timely onboarding and orientation for new hires
