📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Social Manager to join our Paid Social team in India. • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact paid social media strategies across multiple platforms to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives. • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. • Manage and optimize large-scale paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. • Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad content and ensure brand consistency. • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates. • Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize campaign performance. • Develop and maintain relationships with social media platform representatives. • Mentor and guide junior team members in paid social media advertising techniques. • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. • Expert knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. • Proficiency in paid social advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Twitter Ads. • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics and native social media analytics. • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. • Excellent project management skills and proficiency in relevant software. • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and performance marketing metrics. • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content and strategies. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques for social media campaigns. • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and audience targeting strategies. • Excellent attention to detail. • Numerate and articulate. • Maintains a diplomatic and professional approach to work in all circumstances. • Accountable and responsive; delivering outcomes effectively. • Displays a consistent level of evident enthusiasm. • Flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure. • Has high personal standards and promotes them in others. • A valued team member, who upholds Jellyfish's values and professional integrity at all times.
