• As a Senior Programmatic Manager, using your existing ad operations and marketing skills, you will help develop major client accounts. • This area of the business will undergo remarkable investment and growth this year. • Your primary responsibilities will include: Optimise campaign performance across programmatic platforms. • Develop insights to inform our client's strategies. • Communicate with clients through written, phone, and in person communication. • Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions. • Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data. • Engage deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions. • Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.
• 4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment • Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform • Experience with numerical detail and analysis • Advanced Excel skills are essential, Macros & SQL capabilities • Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents • Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands • Strong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing • You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies. • You'll create unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
