• Join a pre-IPO startup with capital, traction and runway ($240M funded | 60X revenue growth in 5 years | $2T market size). • Work closely with brilliant leaders and team mates from companies like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Nvidia, GEICO, Better, Nerdwallet, a16z, etc. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product, operations, data, and sales—to craft and execute partnership strategies that deliver lasting business outcomes. • Be the go-to person for building and nurturing deep, trusted relationships with existing partners. 🎯 Requirements

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred but not required). • 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting (McKinsey, Bain or Boston Consulting Group preferred) • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong bias for action. • A go-getter with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and adapt quickly, and a desire to contribute to the success of a high-growth company. • A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed, actionable decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
