📋 Description

• For more than 60 years the Jesuit Volunteer Corps has engaged brave young believers in vital service. • The global nonprofit supports Jesuit Volunteers each year as they work for justice. • The Recruiter promotes JVC’s core values in all engagement and programming. • Responsible for optimizing the CRM database and coordinating community partners to recruit volunteers. • This role tracks conversion of prospective candidates to placed volunteers. • It requires preparing national operational reports and managing direct participation of volunteers. • The role is supervised by the Director of Recruitment and works collaboratively with the Recruitment Team.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in campus recruiting is preferred • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a variety of environments and paces • Ability to work proactively and independently and as part of the team • Demonstrated leadership and team-building ability • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Strong data analysis, evaluation, and visualization skills • Experience with CRM or ATS Systems (HubSpot or SurveyMonkeyApply preferred) • Knowledge of Recruitment Sales and Cycle Management • Commitment to advancing racial equity • High energy and passion for Recruitment in a service model • Creative, confident, yet adaptable
