And we’re hiring! • Our multicultural and multinational team is seeking go-getters, technologists, and customer-centric individuals looking to have an impact delivering solutions for our customer base. • We value collaboration, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking in all aspects of our operations. • The Controller will manage the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. • This role is pivotal in driving financial performance by analyzing key metrics, implementing strong internal controls, and supporting cross-departmental strategic initiatives. • The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with a proven track record in financial management within fast-paced environments, preferably in eCommerce or retail.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred. • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management position. • Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail environment is strongly desirable. • Experience in a startup environment is a plus. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements. • Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling is an asset. • Experience in cash flow forecasting, consolidations, and intercompany transfer pricing. • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk management and process improvement.
