Description

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant accounting and leadership experience (mix of Private/ Public Big 4 experience a plus) • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting or Finance preferred) • CA / CPA, strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls • Proficient with Revenue Recognition, Stock Compensation, Intangible Assets and other complex accounting concepts • Demonstrated ability to manage, report on, and analyze the monthly close • Experience implementing financial and operational controls • Experience working on a small team at a high growth B2B Enterprise SaaS company • Customer Oriented, Team Player, Decisive, Trustworthy, Agile, Tenacious, and Focused on Impact • Superior problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines • Proficient with Google and Microsoft tools (PivotTables, Index/Match, etc.) • Proficient with Sage Intacct (or other similar ERPs) • Working knowledge of other tools: Bill.com, Expensify, Shareworks, Salesforce and Quickbooks
