Description

• Direct and support daily operations ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of services • Provide direct support to field operations and responsible for performance metric tracking and reporting • Communicate all owner / landlord processes to engineers and contractors • Identify and ensure execution of updates and policies • Identify safety hazards and incorporate remediation of hazards • Responsible for information gathering for business reporting purposes • Track work orders and manage Budget/Forecast • Oversee operation, staffing, performance and development of refrigeration technical team • Manage Union employees and ensure compliance with policies

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent • Seven (7) years of technical experience in building engineering • 8+ years of experience • Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs • Strong organizational and management skills • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills; strong emphasis on customer service • Excellent business writing and verbal communications • Strong analytical ability • Detail oriented • Customer/client focuses and ability to accept and manage change • Candidate must possess valid Driver’s License • Universal EPA certification
