Description

• Provide leadership and expertise in managing all aspects of operations and critical environments • Responsible for communicating and establishing engineering services and management strategies • Ensure integration of all services is delivered within agreed service levels • Own operational client relationships and financial success of the assigned portfolio • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures • Manage client reporting and ensure contractual compliance • Measure, monitor, and report to Executive Leaders cost savings and value add contributions • Provide oversight and direction of development and approval of critical infrastructure projects • Manage suppliers and direct reports for effective delivery of maintenance and repair services

Requirements

• 5+ years operational experience with responsibility for leading teams in a data center environment • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing people and customers • Strong oral and written communication, negotiation and analytical skills • Strong strategic thinker and planner • Strong analytical ability to think about all factors that might affect a situation • Strong organizational skills • Strong judgment, problem-solving and crisis management skills • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills • Fundamental skills in critical systems such as emergency/stand-by generators • Technically proficient in operations of Building Management Systems, Life Safety Systems, CMMS, Microsoft Office, Power Point, Visio and Microsoft Outlook software • Extensive electrical, mechanical & plumbing knowledge of commercial facilities
