📋 Description
• Lead project management professionals in the Southeast Region • Deliver project execution on 400+ projects at $100MM - $125MM in value, on time and on budget • Generate, lead and deliver complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership • Demonstrate initiative to engage clients through forward thinking marketing strategies • Communicate project analytics and goals to clients and teams • Build and develop successful, diverse, inclusive teams • Focus on the client experience and deliver tailored solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management preferred • 15+ years of relevant experience related to construction project management • Experience managing and leading large project teams • Proven business development experience is preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to establish relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients • Demonstrate proficiency in project management technology tools • Stay abreast of the latest construction technology systems and platforms
