β€’ Continuum Clinical is a global clinical trial solutions provider that elevates interest, increases access, and enhances experiences in clinical trials. β€’ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Leader to spearhead growth in our clinical trial recruitment and retention pillar (CTX). β€’ This leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy. β€’ The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the patient recruitment industry, ability to drive and implement strategies with urgency and agility.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in the patient recruitment industry, with a strong understanding of clinical trial recruitment and retention strategies. β€’ Ability to develop, drive and implement new strategic initiatives and commercial concepts into the market quickly. β€’ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful Go-to-Market strategies. β€’ Possesses the relationship skills necessary to quickly identify and remove obstacles that may impede business agility and speed. β€’ Experience in organizing thought leadership, conference/event participation, speaking opportunities, and lead activation. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly think through challenges and provide actionable solutions. β€’ A growth-minded, inspirational leader who can motivate the team to adapt new behaviors and embrace new ways of working. β€’ Familiarity with marketing and communications around technology solutions, ideally within pharma services. β€’ Current with industry trends and marketplace, helping to identify trends and opportunities that enable the business to maintain a proactive market position.
