Description

• Work Order management and vendor invoicing compliance • Manage Work Order invoice interface errors, collaborate with stakeholders to resolve errors. • Investigate root cause and develop measures to mitigate future errors. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure all recurring work schedules align with vendor contracts, issued timely, managed by the vendor appropriately. • Create, and/or assist with developing operational procedures and enforce adherence to SOPs. • Support Facilities team with Work Order management and training as needed. • Monitor Facilities Performance Dashboard and assist with driving timely action. • Develop and lead change management strategies. • Vendors liaison, provide support and resources as needed, collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams to support Vendor inquiries. • Monitor vendor performance, provides insights on performance gaps, supports corrective action and follow up. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance vendor and operational performance. • Assists with Vendor Open AR reviews, works with internal and external stakeholders to resolve open items. • Tracks and monitors timely resolution. • Closely participate in and with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility and Project Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client. • Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations and partner relationships. • Ensure compliance to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics. • Participate and provide leadership to Strategic Supplier performance review meetings. • Any other duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university • Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, and communication skills • Strong analytical ability • Experience in Supplier Management, Relationship Management or related Procurement • Strong executive presence and experience leading large high profile meetings • Preferred experience in Facility Management operations • Excellent PC skills-- proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite applications
