🎯 Requirements

• Several years of industry experience as well as client and project management experience, contributing to success through the management of projects at large companies. • Experience working with large, complex organizations or multinational companies as clients is a plus. • Capital project experience in the consulting space. • Experience in executive coaching or leadership coaching. • Your experience should include partnering and coaching senior executives and facilitating/delivering workshop sessions for groups of up to 25 people or larger. • Managing at least two engagements that were upwards of $750K • The ability to flex between the strategic and the tactical and provide leadership for complex, high-impact projects related to people initiatives. • A background relevant to our focus on organizational development, change management, leadership, and high performance. • Lead small teams of consultants applying our unique, proprietary methodology and tools to address the human factors affecting an organization’s ability to reach its strategic objectives.
