• Transformational consultancy empowering leaders for organizational performance • Understanding strategic leadership challenges to design customized interventions • Focusing on organizational development, change management, leadership, and high performance

Requirements

• At least 6-10 years of industry experience • Relevant background to organizational transformation and change management • Track record in delivering consulting services focused on organizational high performance • Several years of industry experience and client/project management experience • Experience with large, complex organizations or multinational companies is a plus • Partnering and coaching senior executives • Facilitating/delivering workshop sessions for groups of up to 25 people or larger • Managed at least two engagements upwards of $750K • Flexibility between strategic and tactical roles • Leading small teams of consultants using unique proprietary methodologies
